The group
One group. A continuous journey
Mello Group holds two complementary companies. Together they connect intention, teams, production and results.
Our mission
An idea should never be lost between the people who carry it
Mello Group develops AI-powered platforms that transform how organizations collaborate, create, produce and perform. The group exists so that one intention stays intact, from the first conversation to the result it was meant to produce.
How it started
Work rarely breaks at the idea. It breaks between the steps
Everything starts with an intention. Then come ideas, talent, creation, decisions and results.
Each of those steps has its own people, its own tools and its own way of deciding whether it went well. Between them, the work becomes fragmented. A project changes hands more often than it changes shape, and what was meant at the start is not always what arrives at the end.
Mello Group was created to reconnect the entire chain. Not with one more tool, but with two companies holding the two halves of the same journey: one that produces, one that orchestrates.
The structure
Two companies. One direction
The group is built as two complementary companies rather than a portfolio. Each holds one half of the chain, and neither is weighted above the other.
Mello Group
Camelo
Production
Gives ideas the means to be produced
The platform where content is created, and where an intention becomes something real for the first time.
Mello Lab
Orchestration
Gives teams the means to carry them through to results
The platform where work is steered, measured and brought to the outcome it was meant to reach.
Leadership
The people who hold the chain together
The group is led by one team across two companies, so that production and orchestration answer to the same direction.
